Education is the fundamental launchpad for the evolution of civilisational aspects of human existence. Different sciences cater to varied daily needs and material require-ments, whereas humanities and arts equip us sapiens with a scientific, moral, rational, and ethical outlook. Given the lack of ade-quate importance given to the arts educa-tion in present scenario, the present edifice of human knowledge, despite its sophisti-cation, lacks the precision and profundity of premodern intellectual traditions including that of Islam. Sirajul Huda's philosophy to empower liberal arts education to foo ideal citizens gifted with critical thinking and productivity. This will, in turn, give bi to a new generation equipped with moral orientation and scientific outlook.
